Location:
Las Palmas 77 (825 m2 / 8880 sq ft) is located on hole number 7 of the famous Punta Espada golf course at Cap Cana Resort. The villa is approx. 0.3 miles from the golf clubhouse at Punta Espada.
Cap Cana is a large resort and gated residential community with 24 hour entry and security. Cap Cana is home to one of the best beaches in the Caribbean, including the best beaches in the world.
You will find another great beach at Api Beach Club at the marina. This is a smaller beach located in an inlet at the mouth of the marina and the beach club has a pool, restaurant and bar ($).

The space:
Villa Las Palmas 77 is a stunning contemporary 6 bedroom villa built on 2 levels.The villa has a spacious outdoor area with a furnished (covered) terrace, semi-Olympic size swimming pool (180 m2 / 1938 sq ft), a Jacuzzi big enough for 12 people (20 m2 / 215 sq ft), outdoor shower, outdoor BBQ grill area and a large pool terrace with sun loungers: perfect for those lazy sunny days when you just want to relax by the pool and soak up the sun.
The spacious interior has a clean, modern feel and is kept in a contemporary style with simple, minimalist decor with white furnishings and neutral colors combined with some stylish touches, Caribbean colors and charm. This villa is a place where you will feel very relaxed and comfortable.
The outside area of the villa is probably where you will spend most of your time.There are 2 large covered terraces by the pool, one has a nice dining table that seats 12 people.
The other terrace is where you will be lounging on comfortable furniture, watching TV or maybe even enjoying a friendly game of pool.
The villa is air conditioned and also has ceiling fans in all rooms.
Lower level:
As you cross the main entrance, you will be met with a breathtaking view of the pool, which is designed to appear to go directly into the villa.
To your right of the foyer area, you will find the living room, bar, guest bathroom, stairs to the second floor and a bedroom with king bed, private bathroom and terrace overlooking the garden. From the living room you have access to the pool area, outdoor lounge and garden.
On your left side of the foyer area, you have the formal dining room (interior) with a beautiful dining table for 12 people. From the dining room, you will have access to the outdoor terrace and outdoor dining area with barbecue.
The open kitchen has an island with stove and plenty of counter space and a large pantry.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your meals during your vacation and the villa includes a chef who will prepare all your delicious meals to enjoy in the villa during your vacation (food and drinks are not included).
Just behind the kitchen, you will find the laundry and staff area.
The spacious living room with an impressive double height ceiling has a comfortable sitting area with sofa and a large flat screen TV. Just off the living room is a bar (drinks not included). From the living room you have access to the terrace which has a second sitting area with sofas, TV and also a pool table.
One bedroom (49 m2 / 527 sq ft) is located on the ground floor and has a King bed, air conditioning, TV, closet, private bathroom with double vanity (2 sinks) and shower and access to a terrace overlooking the garden and golf course.
Upper floor:
Upstairs, you will find the remaining 5 bedrooms, all with King beds.
Villa Las Palmas 77 has 1 impressive master suite (70 m2 / 753 sq ft, not including the balcony) with a King bed, sitting area, air conditioning, TV, large walk-in closet and a furnished balcony overlooking the Punta Espada golf course. The master suite has a private bathroom with double vanity (2 sinks), shower and bathtub.
Bedroom 3 (64 m2 / 689 sq. ft.) and bedroom 4 (66 m2 / 710 sq. ft.) have air conditioning, TV, large walk-in closet and furnished balcony overlooking the Punta Espada golf course. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms with double vanity (2 sinks) and shower.
Bedroom 4 also has a bathtub in the bathroom.
Bedroom 5 (38 m2 / 409 sq. ft.) and bedroom 6 (36 m2 / 388 sq. ft.) have air conditioning, TV, large closets and furnished balcony. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms with double vanity (2 sinks) and shower. Both bedrooms have ocean view from the balcony!

Villa Staff:
When you stay at Las Palmas 77, you will have a personal chef, butler and maid included. Your chef will prepare all meals to enjoy in the villa (food is not included). The butler will assist you and the staff in the villa, serve drinks and food, etc. The maid will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens. The villa staff live on the property in their own rooms next to the kitchen.
You will also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your point person for anything you may need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, restaurant reservations, spa treatments, golf reservations, event and disco tickets, etc. if you have not booked them prior to your arrival. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be at the property to greet you when you arrive at the villa and will be available throughout your stay.
