Casa de Campo Resort is a large gated community with 24-hour security. The villa overlooks the golf course, with distant views of the ocean.

The Space:
Enter the luxurious interiors of this Moroccan-style paradise through 10-foot Arabesque arched doors. Villa de los Sueños feels like something out of an old Hollywood movie and has even appeared in several music videos!
The double-height foyer and living room open onto a large front terrace, perfect for entertaining large groups. Walk through dramatic arches into a Marrakech-style courtyard that leads to a freeform heated infinity pool with a large island-shaped jacuzzi and a gazebo on a peninsula.
The villa features six bedrooms, each air-conditioned and equipped with an en-suite bathroom with either a whirlpool tub or an outdoor shower.
Villa de los Sueños is beautifully decorated with solid Angelim wood floors and doors, porcelain, coral, and brick finishes, Moroccan lamps, chandeliers, luxury furnishings, and unique artwork. Every room feels like it's straight out of a magazine cover!
Enjoy this private oasis, spend your days lounging by the pool, and soak up the sun on a luxurious poolside lounger. The outdoor gazebo is the perfect place to relax, dine, drink, and listen to music.
Lower Level:
The ground floor features a spacious double-height living room, a cozy TV/media room with a projector and screen, and a private office.
The fully equipped kitchen includes Viking appliances and all the essentials for cooking delicious meals. A cook is included with your rental to prepare meals as requested (groceries are not included). If you prefer, a professional chef can also be hired for an additional fee.
Additional amenities include two pantries, a wine cellar, a service area with two staff quarters and bathrooms, a covered three-car garage, and a basement.
The formal indoor dining room is perfect for elegant dinners, while outdoor dining options include the covered terrace or poolside under the stars.
Four bedrooms, including a master suite, are located on the ground floor:
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: Each has a king bed, en-suite bathroom, TV, closet, and direct outdoor access.
- Bedroom 3: Two queen beds, TV, closet, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and direct outdoor access.
- Master Suite: King bed, seating area, TV, closet, laptop-friendly workspace, vanity with mirror, and direct pool access.
Upper Level:
The upper level includes an outdoor balcony with a conference table, ceiling fan, and projection TV—ideal for executive meetings.
Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs:
- Each has a king bed, TV, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and closet space.
The second-floor master suite is a luxurious retreat with a king bed, oversized chairs, TV, high ceilings, a chandelier, vanity, and a private rooftop balcony with an outdoor jacuzzi.
Casa de Campo Resort Fee:
The villa rental does not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort fee, payable upon arrival:
- Adults (12+): $25 per person per night
- Children (4–12): $12 per person per night
- Children under 4: Free
The resort fee grants access to amenities like Pete Dye golf courses*, gym, tennis courts, restaurants and bars ($), and more. Additional charges apply to activities, food, and drinks.

Villa Staff:
